At meetingreminder, we strive to provide transparent and efficient automated reminder services. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Service Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions to meetingreminder plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during checkout.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Cancellation Process

  • You can cancel your active subscription directly from your billing dashboard within the app.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform and your remaining message allowance until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused message allowances if you cancel your subscription midway through a billing period.
  • In case of technical billing errors (such as duplicate transactions or failed payments where money was incorrectly deducted), a refund may be processed after verification, subject to banking and payment gateway guidelines.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.

5. Exceptions & Disputes

  • If you believe there has been an error in your billing or a discrepancy in a transaction, you must contact our support team at support@aeternitychat.in within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the relevant consumer protection laws.
